CC500 a self-lubricating bearing material. For standard parts, solid lubricants are uniformly embedded into the holes and or grooves on the bearing's working surface.
The base material cast copper provides excellent dimensional stability, high load carrying capacity and anti-corrosion properties, which make it suitable for high-load, low-speed applications.
CC500 is maintenance-free, particularly suitable for applications in which adding lubricant is not convenient or conventional oil film is hard to be formed. At the initial stage of motion, some of solid lubricant can be transferred onto the working surface to form lubricant film with excellent anti-friction and wear-resistance performance. With the motion going on, solid lubricant located in holes or grooves are constantly supplied to the contact surface because of friction heat. Therefore, low friction coef. and low wear is always kept until to the end of bearing service life.
Typically used in automotive production line, hydraulic engineering, dam gate, successive casting machines, steel rollers in metallurgy industry, mineral machines, ships, turbo generators, hydraulic turbines and injection molding machines, etc.
